The KBZ Music Enrichment Program provides hands-on workshops and residencies that help students explore creativity through beat-making, recording, songwriting, and modern music tools. Designed for schools and organizations, our program can be tailored to fit your schedule and goals.

WHY US ?
From interactive booths to full residencies, each program blends modern music tools, professional guidance, and real-world creativity. Students don’t just learn to produce beats and songs — they gain the confidence to lead, the skills to innovate, and the foundation to pursue opportunities in music, education, and beyond.
Through our Music Enrichment Program, students experience the full process of creating and performing music while learning how to think critically, collaborate, and lead with confidence. They gain technical skills in beat-making, recording, and songwriting, but also walk away with much more: the ability to tell their stories, the tools to pursue future opportunities in music or education, and the inspiration to dream bigger. These experiences stay with them long after the program, empowering them to succeed in any path they choose.

Now in our third year at Phoenix International Academy, the Music Enrichment Program brings hands-on music education directly into the school day. This residency provides students with consistent access to creative learning, helping them build confidence, teamwork, and lifelong skills through music.

We were invited to participate in Caurus Academy’s Career Fair, where students had the chance to rap, create, and have fun while exploring music as a career path. This highlight shows the joy, confidence, and creativity that comes alive when youth step to the mic and express themselves through music.

What is the Music Enrichment Program?
This program brings interactive music education directly to schools, nonprofits, and community groups through workshops, residencies, and events.
How many participants can join a workshop??
Workshops are designed for groups of up to 15 participants. For larger groups, we recommend booking multiple sessions or a residency.
What types of services are offered??
We offer three core options through the Music Enrichment Program: Kickstart, which brings interactive booths to school fairs and community events; Workshops, three-hour sessions for up to 15 participants; and Residency Tracks, in-school residencies that range from short-term projects to full-year programs.
Do nonprofits receive discounts?
Yes — registered nonprofits receive 50% off our standard workshop rates.
Who can book the program??
Schools, nonprofits, youth organizations, and community partners looking to bring engaging music education to their students or members.
What’s the difference between workshops and residencies?
Workshops are short, single-session experiences (3 hours). Residencies are long-term, allowing for deeper learning and multiple projects — ranging from 3 weeks to a full year.
